20 April 2022 (ISLAMABAD): Iraq has received the first batch of MFI-17 Super Mushshak Aircraft from Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC). These “Made in Pakistan” will enhance the training capabilities of the Iraqi Air Force. Pakistan & Iraq signed an agreement for the delivery of 12 MFI-17 Super Mushshak Aircraft. The total value of this contract is $33 million and also includes spare parts & maintenance.
Super Mushshak is a primary trainer aircraft developed by the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC). It is an upgraded version of the MFI-17 Mushshak aircraft and has been designed for basic flight training, aerobatics, instrument flying, navigation, and night flying. The Super Mushshak features a modern glass cockpit, a more powerful engine, and an improved airframe.

- Primary flying training
- Electric trim (optional)
- Advance avionics package
- low maintenance man hour/flight hours
