On August 7th, 2023, renowned defense publication Defense News unveiled its eagerly awaited list of the top 100 defense companies worldwide, ranked by defense revenue they earned in 2022. Amercian defense company, Lockheed Martin, ranked at first position with an annual defense revenue of $63,334 millions. Interestingly, there is no Russian company in the list. Another American, RTX (former Raytheon Technologies), ranked at second position with total defense revenue of $39,600.00 millions.
There are 52 companies from the United States of American, four from Türkiye including Aselsan, Turkish Aerospace, Roketsan and ASFAT.
