The leading Russian drone manufacturer, Zala Aero Group, has unveiled Product 55 loitering munition. The new loitering munition has four rotors, utilizing the “X-wing” aerodynamic scheme from the “Lancet” family. The Product 55 loitering munition is user-friendly, and safe for the operator, with remote container launch capability. It provides Full HD real-time monitoring until the moment of impact, with the option to choose the optimal approach angle to the target.
The innovative technical solutions by the ZALA engineering and development team distinguish “Product 55” favorably from other barrage munitions, making it impervious to enemy electronic warfare.
Although, Zala Aero Group hasn’t revealed the specifications of Product 55 loitering munition, but it is expected that Zala Aero Group will reveal its specifications and more details at the upcoming 6th edition of the Unmanned System Exhibition and Conference (UMEX-2024), scheduled to be held in United Arab Emirates from 22nd to 25th January 2024.
