Turkish defense firm Repkon has signed an agreement with Wah Industries Limited (WIL) to establish a state-of-the-art production line for 155mm artillery shells in Pakistan.
Under the agreement, Repkon will deliver a fully automated, turnkey production line for manufacturing 155mm artillery shells, along with an explosive filling line, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 units.
Notably, Repkon previously set up a similar facility in Texas, USA, in an agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense.
Operating under Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah Industries Limited (WIL) supplies arms and ammunition to the Pakistan Armed Forces and a range of international clients.
