Türkiye’s First National Frigate and Other Naval Innovations
At NAVDEX 2025, STM will showcase a model of TCG İSTANBUL (F-515), Türkiye’s first national frigate and the flagship of the MİLGEM İstif-Class project. As the main contractor, STM delivered this state-of-the-art vessel to the Turkish Navy in 2024. Other highlights include the Ada-Class MILGEM corvette, the STM-MPAC Multi-Purpose Attack Craft, the STM500 – Türkiye’s first special operations and attack submarine – and the Pakistan Navy Fleet Tanker (PNFT). The autonomous underwater vehicle, STM NETA, will also make its international debut at the event.
Combat-Proven Tactical Mini UAV Systems
STM will display its innovative tactical mini UAVs, including KARGU, Türkiye’s first national attack UAV, which has been exported to over 10 countries across three continents. Also on display will be TOGAN, a surveillance UAV now actively deployed by the Turkish Armed Forces, and BOYGA, an ammunition-drop UAV. These UAVs have proven their operational effectiveness in counter-terrorism and cross-border missions.
