The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), a division of Rostec State Corporation, has delivered a new batch of Su-35S fighter aircraft to the Russian Aerospace Forces as part of the state defense procurement program.
The multirole Su-35S fighters completed an extensive cycle of factory testing before being officially accepted by technical specialists from the Russian Ministry of Defense. After final inspections and test flights, the aircraft were flown to their operational deployment base.
“The aviation industry continues to meet its obligations effectively. These deliveries are part of the scheduled production cycle,” said Vladimir Artyakov, First Deputy General Director of Rostec. “Several more aircraft are in production and will be transferred as planned.”
The Su-35S is equipped with advanced avionics, long-range targeting systems, and precision-guided munitions. The fighter is capable of performing a wide range of missions, including air superiority and precision strikes against ground and naval targets. It is also optimized for day-and-night operations in complex weather environments.
“The Su-35S can operate at long distances from its base and offers exceptional combat performance,” Artyakov added.
