Türkiye-based aerospace and simulation leader HAVELSAN has signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with U.S. firm Advanced Rotorcraft Technology, Inc. (ART) to jointly develop next-generation rotary-wing simulation and pilot training platforms.
