In a major step toward expanding its global defense partnerships, HAVELSAN has signed a strategic agreement with the Chilean Navy for the integration of the ADVENT Combat Management System (CMS) into two of Chile’s frigates. This agreement highlights the growing international trust in Turkish defense technologies, particularly in the field of naval systems.
The contract, finalized on March 27, 2025, includes the delivery and full integration of the ADVENT CMS—an advanced command-and-control system developed by HAVELSAN—into two frigates currently in service with the Chilean Navy. The modernization project is expected to be completed over a four-year period, during which ADVENT will be integrated with the vessels’ existing onboard systems and weapon platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhanced operational performance.
Chile Joins the Expanding ADVENT User Base
With this partnership, Chile becomes the 9th country to incorporate the ADVENT Combat Management System into its naval platforms. Originally deployed aboard the Turkish Navy’s TCG KINALIADA corvette, ADVENT has steadily expanded its global presence, positioning itself as a preferred solution for modern naval warfare.
