The distinguished Commander of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), General (R) Raheel Sharif, made an official visit to the Karachi Shipyard stand at the prestigious World Defense Show 2024 in an event that underscores the importance of international cooperation in the defense sector.
Welcomed and briefed by Rear Admiral Salman Ilyas, Managing Director of Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) Limited, General (R) Raheel Sharif engaged in insightful discussions with representatives from Karachi Shipyard, exchanging views on cutting-edge technologies, strategic capabilities, and fostering collaborative initiatives to enhance defense capabilities.
During his visit, General (R) Raheel Sharif was briefed about potential Shipbuilding and Ship Repair projects of RSNF for which Karachi Shipyard is actively engaged with Saudi Authorities.
