Elettronica Spa announced that it has completed the acquisition of Solynx Corporation, a company based in Salem, New Hampshire (USA) in which it was already a shareholder. Solynx is a high tech procurement and technological scouting company which will increase opportunities for ELT Group to identify new technology trends and turn them into an enrichment of its offerings to the market. In 2023 Solynx has increased its order intake from 5 M€ to 12 M€, a growth also confirmed in the next budget.
