Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) will showcase a wide range of small arms and rifles at the IDEF 2023. Pakistan Ordnance Factories is the largest defense industrial complex under the Pakistani Ministry of Defense Production, producing conventional arms & ammo to international standards. Presently POF comprises 14 ordnance factories and three commercial subsidiaries.
Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) will also exhibit its new products including BW-20 and CW-39 rifles. other major products including POF-X pistol and G3S assault rifles. BW-20 is a newly designed Battle Rifle available with multiple barrel length options i.e. 12 and 16.
In comparison with G3A3, it has reduced length, weight, recoil, and improved service life. Moreover, it is equipped with a polymer Magazine, an in-line Butt stock, and is able to take modem accessories.
CW-39 is a combat weapon chambered in 7.62x39mm, designed by POF to meet the requirements of Military and Law Enforcement Agencies. The weapon features an integrated picatinny rail for optics and accessories, improved accuracy due to free floating barrel, reduced recoil felt due to the incorporation of Buffer and IMD, an in-line recoil setup, adjustable stock, ambidextrous control and ease of conversion training for troops trained on G3A3.
