Under the proposed agreement, AMBIPAR aims to acquire a comprehensive suite of KATIM’s ultra-secure communication solutions, including 50 units of the KATIM X3M smartphones and 1,000 user licenses for the KATIM X4 communication platform. The deal also covers implementation and ongoing support services, reinforcing AMBIPAR’s operational security infrastructure. With a global footprint spanning over 40 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, AMBIPAR delivers critical services in emergency response, waste management, logistics, and sustainability.
