Turkish defense firm, ASELSAN, has integrated its ASLAN Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) with the Roketsan-developed METE laser-guided missile. The integration of Mete missiles ASLAN UGV was displayed in Türkiye’s national technology exhibition, Teknofest Izmir.
From the images released by the ASELSAN, we can also see a 7.62mm remote weapon system onboard ASLAN UGV. Being powered by an electric motor, ASLAN can reach a maximum speed of 10 km/h and its weight is less than 7000 kilograms.
On the other hand, METE is a laser-guided missile that weighs just 1.4 kg. However, its other specifications include:
