US urges citizens to leave Ukraine amid Russian invasion threat | Aisha Hussain
American president “Joe Biden” has asked American Citizens in Ukraine to leave the country. During his interview with NBC News, he said
“American citizens should leave now,”.
After the Soviet Union’s collapse in 1991, the successor states’ bilateral relations have undergone periods of ties, tensions, and outright hostility. Moreover, For the third time in less than two years, Russia is engaged in a massive buildup of its military forces along its border with Ukraine.
Recently Ukrainian Defense Minister warned his nation’s parliament that Russia might invade Ukraine. The Russo-Ukrainian War began in 2014 following the Russian annexation of Crimea from Ukraine.
In his message, Joe Biden mentioned that “We aren’t dealing with any terrorist organization. We are dealing with one of the most dominant countries with strong military forces.”

Biden also said that we have now a different form of the world as we have a vast spread of globalization so we can not go into military conflict with Russia because it will not be a war between two nations, this will spread all over the world and we have to face harsh consequences.
The Covid rate in Ukraine is very high amid the Russian invasion threat. Russia has denied that “it is not planning to invade Ukraine but on the other side Russia oppose Ukraine in NATO.
US officials have warned Russia of severe economic consequences if it invades Ukraine. Moscow wants security guarantees that the US-led alliance will stop its expansion into former Soviet republics but the US had rejected the demands.
Recently US had deployed its troops into eastern Europe to secure the security of NATO members.
Yesterday, American Bomber Task Force have also arrived in the United Kingdom.
