Dispute Between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan and their upcoming future
INTRODUCTION:
Well as you all know that Central Asia is one of the most diverse region in the world. Today central Asia consist of 5 countries (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan). These as a whole are known as the STANS. But according to the title of this opinion based article I am going to discuss clash over water dispute between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan and soon after discussion on this I will also give my opinion.

So recently a couple of months ago there was a water clash between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, this conflict was the cause of many of deaths in Kyrgyzstan and also in Tajikistan. The origin of this kind of conflict in central Asia was the disintegration of USSR. As we know that the central Asia was formerly controlled by the Soviet Union before the disintegration as well as the tenure of the Soviet administration (1918-1991). Central Asian SSRs declared independence in 1991. Before this there was no conflicts like this because the STANS were the part of one union and this leads to the less number of this kind of conflicts.

WHAT QUESTIONS RISE:
But these days such kind of conflicts like land, water, electricity disputes and many more why is that so? In my opinion this is just because of lot of boundary issues like you feel so weird while distinguishing between the borders of Central Asian countries as you can see the map of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan given below that some land of Kyrgyzstan gets merge or we can say very close to Tajikistan the red dotted area mostly remains in conflict sometimes on water sometimes on land sometimes on electricity and many more.

REASON OF CONFLICT:
Most of us know that sughd and batken are the provinces of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. These provinces are indulged in the water clash and this clash is basically that there is a ISFRA river in northern Tajikistan situated on border with Kyrgyzstan and the main thing is that there are the assets like pumping station and reservoir on the ISFRA river and both of these states say that this is our asset not yours and this is the point from where the problem rises.
According to the selfish human nature local people come out and throw stones on each other in the aftermath both states armies came and started firing on each other. This was the cause of destruction and had 154 casualties with 31 deaths in a bout of violence now at that time there was a hold of ceasefire between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan as the president Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan and tajik counterpart Emomali spoke by telephone and ordered their army to stop the ceasefire another main thing is that 10 thousand people got sided by the government of Kyrgyzstan just for the sake of no more escalation.
THE SOLUTION:
Well since the political moment now will no longer push towards keeping things under control. Now it is really very important to solve this kind of issues like border issues access, mistrust and basically the resource issues but all says that resolve this resolve that minority of people think that how to resolve? How to get rid of this? How to create peaceful environment by solving this? Well in my opinion both states must sit together and negotiate and they must collaborate and compromise to each other in order to live in peaceful environment. Here the word compromise means that the assets should set up in this way that both countries get the enough or equal water or other opportunities.
Another thing is that it is not very easy to collaborate or compromise to each other as in this world every single state wants to be the dominant one in front of other states specially if there is a conflict between two states. These two states are literally going mad and bloodthirsty of each other, so in this way no one wants to sit together and resolve the issue in a way that there is no need for a third party (state) that invites both in conflict states ad discuss the issue and sought it out. Another case is that if states in conflict are not interested to sit together in front of third state then this is the prime duty if third nation to invite these one by one and then discuss it and then sought it out.

THE SOLUTION
On the other hand, if both states do not solve this then the upcoming future of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan will be Very horrible in my opinion. As we know that small conflicts are the main cause of the major wars so if this issues are not resolved soon, it can give rise to a long term war which will be the cause of lot of destruction and death. Now concluding all of this that it does not matter what kind of problem is there between two states, one should try that an international war must not be started here and solving the issue by diplomacy or peaceful talks not by making children orphan at very early age or not by killing or taking lives should be a priority.
